After Sale Service

Our guarantee for all products: One year warranty. In case of any failure during the product life cycle, the company shall respond to the customer's service demand within 24 hours, give a reply within 2 hours, and work out a solution within 8 hours.

Commissioning and training: after the equipment arrived site of the buyer, we will arrange technicians to commission the equipment on site within the time agreed by both parties and training relevant personals. Training for operators includes basic operating principles of equipment and handling of common faults, so that operators can operate equipment, maintenance and troubleshooting independently.

After the warranty period, the seller could offer the long-term maintenance service. We will immediately carry out the service after receiving the buyer's confirmation of the maintenance project and cost. The buyer shall pay the cost after confirming the service qualification. The labor standard of the maintenance service and the price of spare parts should been agreed by both parties through the long-term service contract.
